The Big One (500 squares) and The Mega Big One (1000 squares) let you run one bigger grid instead of splitting a big appeal into several Standard campaigns. Blitz turns your whole organisation into a fundraising team, every member gets their own personal grid to share with their own network, every sale still lands in your organisation’s account, and a live leaderboard tracks the whole event. Blitz itself carries a separate event fee starting from $99, the other two are fully included.

Things organisations always ask
Is this different to just paying $19 per campaign?
Yes. The Casual plan charges $19 each time you launch a campaign, no ongoing fee. The Organisation plan is a flat $149 per year (introductory price) for unlimited campaigns, which pays for itself once you run more than about 8 campaigns in a year, plus it unlocks team access and up to 10 campaigns live at the same time.
Can other people in our organisation help run campaigns?
Yes. As the Organisation account owner you can invite team members as contributors. They can launch and manage campaigns on the organisation’s behalf without you sharing your own login or password.
How does our organisation receive our funds?
It depends on how a buyer pays. Bank transfer and in-person payments go straight to your organisation as they come in. Online card payments are collected into a Stripe Connect payment account which gets created especially for your Lucky Squares fundraisers. Once a campaign’s draw is complete, Lucky Squares triggers a payout to your nominated bank account, usually arriving within 3-5 business days.
Do team members need their own payment connection?
Not necessarily. When you set up your Organisation, you link one default payment account, your organisation’s own bank account, that any team member can use when a campaign is raising money for the organisation itself. If a team member is raising money for something more specific, like a representative player’s trip, they can instead connect their own separate payment account for that campaign, so those funds go straight to the right place.
What does "up to 10 live simultaneously" mean?
You can have up to 10 campaigns actively selling squares at the same time under your organisation, useful if different teams or programs are each running their own fundraiser at once. There’s no limit on how many you run across a year, only how many are live at any one moment.
Can just anyone register an Organisation account for our club?
We verify ABNs and keep it to one Organisation account per organisation. A state or national body can’t buy a single Organisation plan and extend it to every club underneath it, each organisation needs its own account.
What if we only run one or two fundraisers a year?
The Casual plan (pay $19 per campaign, no ongoing fee) is usually the better fit if you’re not running frequent campaigns. You can always upgrade to the Organisation plan later if your fundraising picks up.
